Fast Roast Turkey Meal for 4
Featuring our easy-to-cook, fast-roast free-range sous vide turkey lobe (1.2kg-1.6kg). The meat is slow cooked in a pouch to retain all of the juice and flavour. When you are ready to roast, simply remove the meat from the pouch and fast roast at 180°C for around 30-45 minutes.
